This indicates that the purity of the silver is 99.9%. along the staff near the ladies hand the letters “BRITANNIA” can be seen. 

The obverse of the coin features a portrait of King Charles III. Letters along the perimeter of the coin read: “Charles III . D . G . REX . F . D . 2 POUNDS . “.
